My approch to coahing

You are unique, and your personal transformation journey deserves guidance that reflects that uniqueness. My role is to support you through a deeply personalized training and coaching experience, tailored to who you are and where you are on your path.
 I work across several dimensions of personal development. On a physical level, I design strength workout plans that can be done at the gym with machines and weights, or if you prefer, at home, using bodyweight calisthenics exercises. My training plans will be designed around your needs, goals, and circumstances, with the aim of building a strong, resilient body as a foundation.
 As a yoga teacher, I integrate both the physical and the more subtle dimensions of yoga. The physical practice becomes a gateway to deeper awareness, helping you meet yourself through movement, and meditation supports an even deeper sense of clarity, presence, and inner balance. Whether your focus is strength, balance, flexibility, or embodied awareness, I help to guide your practice in a way that feels aligned with you.
 Alongside this, I work as a Jungian coach, listening not only to goals and challenges, but to the deeper calling that seeks expression through you. This allows the coaching to move beyond performance or outcomes, and instead support a deeper sense of meaning, direction, and fulfillment in your life.
 This integrated, 360-degree approach —physical, psychological, and spiritual — creates space for real, sustainable transformation. Beyond techniques and methods, I see myself as a pillar of support throughout your journey. Often, this steady presence is just as important as the technical aspects of coaching: someone who helps you navigate challenges, transitions, and uncertainty, while feeling supported, seen, and guided along the way.

This membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients where I create a fully personalised program to your lifestyle, resources, and preferences. After you have bought this program, you will get a welcome email where you will find a link to book our first 20-minute consultation. Your first month of workout plan will then be available for you in the app within a week.

Jung The north star of Jungian Coaching is to bring greater awareness to what Carl Jung framed as Individuation: The lifelong process of becoming whole, aligned with our true nature rather than shaped unconsciously by inherited patterns, unresolved material, or unexamined adaptations. Who and when is Junian Coaching for? Jungian Coaching is for you if you feel called to understand yourself beyond surface patterns and habitual narratives. It’s for moments when life asks you to see more clearly, your motivations, shadows, longings, and inner conflicts and how to live from that clarity. What can be explored in Jungian Coaching? Jungian Coaching explores the unconscious patterns that shape our lives beneath awareness — such as shadow aspects, complexes, recurring emotional themes, dreams, and archetypal influences. Rather than focusing solely on external goals, the work turns inward to understand why certain situations repeat, where inner conflicts originate, and what the psyche is asking to be integrated. Through this, greater clarity, agency, and alignment can emerge. What are typical questions the client may bring to the coaching session, and how do we look at the question from a Jungian lens? Clients often arrive with questions such as “Why do I keep ending up in the same situations?”, “Why does this choice feel blocked or charged?”, “Why do I repeatedly act in a way that doesn´t support the way I want to express myself or live my life?” or "Why am I faced with this particular situation at hand?" From a Jungian lens, these questions are not approached as problems to solve quickly, but as doorways into the unconscious. Rather than asking only what should I do?, the inquiry shifts toward what is being expressed through this situation? — allowing meaning, pattern, and direction to reveal themselves through deeper awareness. On the other side of the inquiry to theese exploration, there lies a greater freedom in how we act and make decisions, and a sense of meaningful direction in our lives. In this 15 min consultation call, we mutually explore whether our dynamic is suitable for Jungian coaching, and if so, we look at our schedules to book our first 1h Jungian Coaching session.
